- Per person: the amount divided by the province's population, 545,080 on July 1, 2024 (Statistics Canada table 17-10-0009-01).
- Per household: divided by 223,253 private households (2021 Census, table 98-10-0002-01).
- Time to earn: divided by the median full-time wage, $1,248.00 a week in 2025 (table 14-10-0064-01, vector v2200133) times 52, which is $64,896 a year. Weeks, days and hours assume 52 working weeks of five 7.5-hour days.
